Our team is made up of a group from around the world that specializes in functional areas including sales, marketing, and operations, and from industries including production, digital imaging, communications, advertising, product on-demand, and publishing - plus a host of others.  The team brings deep experience and knowledge along with a passion for their work.  They come from a variety of backgrounds and offer a variety of perspectives.  It is a highly collaborative and frankly, a fun and talented group.   
   

The company was founded and is led by Leslie Hughes.  With nearly 20 years global management experience, Ms. Hughes provides the company’s strategy and direction.  Ms. Hughes frequently leads projects and collaborates on all.  Her philosophy is that there is a balance that must be struck between short-term needs and long-term sustainability.  For a company to develop a sustainable path, the company must have a sustainable plan.
